  • You are a HUNTER, responsible for new B2B account acquisition and retention
  • You have experience working on Commission
  • Prospecting is one of your core strengths
  • Conduct at least 4 to 6 demos per week
  • Generate at least 1 to 2 paying customers per week
  • Close at least $15,000 to $20,000 in new ARR per month
  • Navigate a sale involving both Office Managers, HR Professionals, C Level Executives & Owners


  • "Hunter Mindset", prospecting and closing deals is your strong suit
  • 3-5+ years of outside B2B sales experience is required (verifiable success)
  • You want a position where your income goes up every year with truly no cap
  • LLQP or currently hold Life and A&S License
  • Study and pass the Alberta Insurance Council License exam. We cover all associated licensing and E & O costs.
