- Responsible for new B2B account acquisition and retention
- Prospect into target market by phone & in person
- Conduct at least 4 to 6 demos per week
- Generate at least 1 to 2 paying customers per week
- Close at least $15,000 to $20,000 in new ARR per month
- Navigate a sale involving both HR Professionals & C-Level Executives
- Establish the foundation for a growing team that will be RiskX's largest division

- "Hunter Mindset", prospecting and closing deals is your strong suit
- 3-5+ years of outside B2B sales experience is required (verifiable success)
- Experience selling technology or software a plus but not required
- Experience using Salesforce a plus
- Once hired: Study and pass the Alberta Insurance Council License. We cover all associated licensing and E & O costs.
